Dr. Fatuma Simba received a Ph.D degree in 2012, awarded by both the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Tanzania and Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), Sweden. She graduated her Master’s degree majoring in Secure Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IPSec-VPN) Connectivity, in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Science and Communication, in 2001, both from the UDSM. Her research interest is on the connectivity technologies for broadband access networks. Within this area, she is particularly interested in the performance evaluation of broadband wireless networks in delivering multimedia contents for services such as eLearning. She is currently a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), UDSM, Tanzania.

Sophie Mynah Mgaiwa is a coordinator External Virtual Learning programmes at CVL where she posses multiple responsibilities to make both learners, educators and course providers satisfied. With over 24 years of experience, she is also working as Principal computer systems analyst who devoted most of her time in developing information systems for UDSM and other organizations. At UDSM She created first computerized payroll system and participated in computerization of Financial and Academic Register information systems. She holds MSc information and Automated control systems from KINE, Ukraine and MEd (Instructional Design and Technologies) from Curtin University of Technology in Australia.

Dr. Kennedy F. Mwakisole received B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in 2004 and Master of Science (Computer Science) of the University of Dar as Salaam in 2008. Godfrey Nkwera received Advanced Diploma in Journalism (Print Media) from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) in Mwanza in 2002, Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing(PGDSC) from University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) in 2006 and Master of Arts in Journalism and Media studies specialising in New Media and Health Journalism from Rhodes University, South Africa in 2015. He is currently a senior Multimedia Producer/Developer at the Centre for Virtual Learning(CVL) College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT). He is involved in training Academic staff in using technologies in teaching such as Learning Management System(Moodle) and development of course materials. He is also very good in qualitative data analysis and interpretation. He has strong experience and expertise in Nvivo, Maxqda and Atlas.ti. These are the most powerful and popular software for qualitative and mixed method analysis. He has trained over 200 MA and PhD students from UDSM, Ardhi University, CBE, IFM, Open University of Tanzania (OUT), MUHAS, St. Augustine University of Tanzania(SAUT) and other students doing similar programs in Europe, Australia, India and China. He is very good in integrating Reference Management software like Endnote, Zotero and Mendeley with Nvivo for literature review writing. He has trained several people how to use Mendeley and Nvivo for Literature Review writing purposes. He is also very good in ODK Technologies for Mobile phone data collection. He has configured KoBoToolbox and deployed surveys, trained data collectors and supervised them. This include creating projects in KoBoToolbox, creating surveys, skip logics, consistencies, creating online rosters. He also conducts training in Video shooting, Social Media, Multimedia Storytelling, Online Marketing and Public Relations, Corporate Documentary, Crisis Management, Crisis Communication and Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E).
