Generative AI is rapidly transforming various sectors, including education. This workshop aims to introduce academics in higher education to the fundamentals and applications of generative AI, focusing on enhancing teaching, research, and assessment processes. Through a blend of presentations, hands-on activities, and discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how generative AI can be leveraged to create innovative educational content, streamline academic writing, and provide personalized feedback to students.
