Mr. Abbas H. Khatibu serves as a Driver at the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), University of Dar es Salaam. He holds a Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam, awarded in 2016, and a Machinery Fitter Level I Certificate from the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), Tanzania, awarded in 2004. He completed his secondary education at Dar es Salaam Secondary School in 2002.

Mr. Khatibu has more than 15 years of experience as an office attendant and has undertaken several professional development courses. These include Fire Warden training offered by the Ministry of Home Affairs in February 2017 and training in Ethics for Public Servants, specifically for office attendants, at the University of Dar es Salaam in October 2020. In 2024, he completed a one-month Advanced Drivers Course, Grade Two (VIP), further strengthening his driving skills.
